Net yield = Cap rate, just expressed as a percentage of price. UK/EU buy-to-let convention prefers "yield"; US commercial convention prefers "cap rate". Same math.
Rental yield क्या है?
Rental yield investment property द्वारा generate की गई annual rental income है, jise purchase price के percentage के रूप में express किया जाता है। दो variants:
- Gross yield = annual gross rent ÷ price × 100। Property listings में headline।
- Net yield = NOI ÷ price × 100। Honest number — financing और tax से पहले actually pocket में जो आता है।
